TERMS AND CONDITIONS

In these Terms and Conditions the following definitions apply:

The Company” and "We", used interchangebly, is Hotel Norbu Sangpo;
“The Hotel” is the premises for which your Booking is made;
“The Owner” is the Owner of the Hotel as mentioned on the booking confirmation;
“The Booking(s)” includes accommodation;
“The Guest(s)” and "You" is the person, company, organisation or other body responsible for making the Booking;

We kindly ask that you take a moment to read the following Terms and Conditions prior to accessing this website and/or making a Booking.

Bookings

Guests may book in advance or on arrival. Rooms are subject to availability and the Company reserves the right to refuse any Booking for good reason. Although payment is generally required on departure, there may be occasions when the Guests are required to fully prepay or provide a deposit at the time of the Booking, or, on arrival at The Hotel.

Pricing

All prices shown online are per room per night (unless otherwise stated). Discounts/special offers are not dispayed on the tariff. Prices are subject to Tourism Service Charge (TSC) at the current prevailing rate. Prices are subject to change without notice. However, your price is guaranteed once you receive a booking confirmation. For the avoidance of doubt, prices do not include any incidental charges, which you may incur during your stay (including, for example, in respect of your use of the hotel's restaurant facilities and the costs of external telephone calls from your room). Such charges will be payable by you on your departure.

Arrival and Departure

Guests may check-in at any time from 2.00 p.m. on the day of arrival. On the day of departure we kindly ask all guests to vacate their rooms by 12.00 noon (unless a later departure time is approved as part of your booking).

Hotel Events

Please be aware that at certain times throughout the year, although rarely, The Hotel may host events and parties, which you may feel would be an intrusion during your stay. Please contact the hotel directly in advance of your stay for further information.

Warranties

You warrant that every instruction and all information given by you to The Hotel shall be accurate, true and correct.
The Hotel makes no warranties, representations, statements or guarantees (whether express, implied in law or residual) regarding the website, any services provided via this website or the suitability of any of the services for a particular purpose.

Statement of Privacy

Your privacy is very important to The Company. To help protect your privacy, we adhere to the following guidelines:

We will explicitly ask when we need information that personally identifies you or allows us to contact you. Generally this Personal Information is requested when making reservations.

We shall be entitled to disclose Personal Information if required to do so to (a) comply with applicable law or with legal process served on Hotel Norbu Sangpo; (b) to protect and defend the rights or property of Hotel Norbu Sangpo.

Conditions of Residence

The guest hereby agrees on behalf of himself and the members of his party that it is a condition of his/their occupation of the Hotel that neither the Hotel, its owners, employees nor agents shall be responsible for any injury or death of any person or the loss or destruction of or damage to any property upon the premises, whether arising from fire, theft or any cause and by whomsoever caused or arising from the negligence or wrongful act of any person in the employment of the Hotel. The guest and his party may hand to the Hotel for safekeeping money and/or valuables, whereupon a special receipt will be issued accordingly.
